Our mission is to deliver clean, reliable, and affordable power to the world, today and tomorrow.Work in an inclusive, global environment in the field of renewable energyContinue to learn, grow, and be challenged in a fast-growing industryBe part of a team where your voice mattersEnjoy a flexible and dynamic work environment with a hybrid work policyCompetitive salary and bonus schemeKey Responsibilities:The Sr. BD Manager/BD Manager will work within the Italian Business Development Department, acting as a key point of reference for the team, supporting the development and execution of Recurrent Energy''s PV and BESS pipeline in Italy (~3 GW PV, including 400+ MW with positive EIA, and more than 10 GWh BESS).Drive the advancement of each project opportunity by leading all necessary steps (internal and external) from any stage up to NTP, including secondary permitting.Coordinate with other functions to secure project financing, procurement, and routes-to-market before starting construction.Ensure the economic viability of projects/pipeline opportunities by using financial models and owning assumptions. Prepare and lead the Investment Committee approval process.Manage relationships with external stakeholders professionally, including public entities (state, regional, local), DNO & TSO, development or JV partners, local communities, advisors, etc.Build new relationships within utilities, municipalities, and partners to increase the project portfolio.Stay informed on key market developments, regulatory changes, and industry news/events to identify opportunities or criticalities.Proven experience in the Italian PV and BESS market.Solid knowledge of the regulatory framework and permitting processes at national and regional levels.Strong communication skills, capable of speaking clearly and effectively to top executives.Exceptional analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.Team-player with an understanding of the power of collaboration.Strong project management capabilities to coordinate stakeholders internally and externally.Consistently deliver high-quality outputs on time.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
