What does the role involve? As a Field Engineer , you willbe working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, anddesigners to drive the sales of specific products like anchorsfixings, installations systems, direct fastening, firestop and fireprotection systems. This involves educating critical influencers onconstruction projects about the proper use, advantages and value ofHilti products and, to securing their specification in the designs.You will then communicate these product specs from design teams tosales teams, assisting account managers with their conversion intosales. It means visiting job sites to assess design problems - aswell as opportunities - giving technical advice, solutions, andsupport, and adding value with Hilti products. What you need is: -Master''s Degree in Building or Civil Engineering - Excellentknowledge of English and Italian - 2 or more years of experience inthe design or construction industry; familiarity with BIM as a plus- Good problem solving skills - Solid communication, relationalskills and team spirit - Ability to work for goals and projects -Determination, desire to learn and get involved Why should youapply?
