Job Description:STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the market.We are consistently curious, conscious of trends, inspiring, and visionary just like our customers.As part of our team, you can look forward to interesting work in an expanding company, where you can bring in your own ideas and make a difference.As a Customer Care Specialist for the Direct Consumer in the UK (m/f/d) at our HQ in Castelfranco Veneto, you will be part of the Customer Care Centre, handling end-consumer inquiries at various contact points.Key Responsibilities:Pre-sales customer support via phone, email, and live chat to assist users in choosing the most suitable product and enhance the buying experience.Post-sales customer support via phone, email, and live chat to check order status and resolve issues related to orders or products.Management of B2C contacts on various marketplace platforms, in compliance with KPIs.Processing product returns and replacements.Handling complaints and claims.Reporting and sharing problems with relevant company departments.Skills & Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of English, both spoken and written; mother tongue proficiency required.Fluency in German, French, and Italian is a plus.Experience in customer service activities.Good time management skills.Proficiency with PC; SAP/Salesforce knowledge is preferred.Strong communication and listening skills, with empathy.Problem-solving abilities.Service-oriented mindset, reliability, and sales aptitude.Ability to communicate effectively across various channels.Structured and organized, with the capacity to manage complex processes.Interested candidates must send their applications with GDPR authorization (EU Reg. 679/2016).
