**Green House**: This program provides transitional and permanent congregate housing support services for homeless men who are pursuing recovery from the disease of addiction and major mental illness. This program is funded by both DMH and HUD. Referrals are made through DMH and the Greenhouse.**Responsibilities**:Provide assistance to men living with persistent mental illness and substance dependence.**Quality Management**: Provide oversight of residential component. Act as Program Coordinator during his/her absence.**Supervision and Training**: Orient and train new staff, as designated, to daily operations of the program and division procedures. Provide ongoing supervision to program staff.**Program Management**: Plan, implement, and continuously evaluate rehabilitative and support services through assessments, treatment planning, and development of a peer support group.**Personnel**: Take personnel action in regard to disciplinary procedures.**Facilities**: Identify problem areas and coordinate work for upkeep of site. Work with residents and staff to maintain the residence on a daily basis including chores, bedroom upkeep, yard and other housekeeping duties.**Liaison**: Serve as a liaison among other departments and with other agencies in order to facilitate a continuum of care.Working with residents to maintain the residence on a daily basis including chores, grocery shopping/carrying groceries into the kitchen, bedroom upkeep, laundry to include carrying to and from washer/dryer, yard work, and other moderate housekeeping duties.**Qualifications**:Bachelor''s degree required, preferably in the Human Services field.At least 2 years experience substance abuse experience.Previous supervisory experience required.Proven ability to work within a team setting and to act as a self starter.Current valid US-issued driver''s license and ability to provide registered and insured automobile for work related purposes required.Must be able to pass a CORI background checkAll Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.Community Healthlink is an Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer.
