We will succeed only if our customers receive massive value from our service.As such, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Solutions Manager (m/f) to join our team. As a specialist, his/her contribution will be essential in providing expertise and support for clinical solutions across the entire Straumann Group solutions portfolio.Part of our French DSO team, our Clinical Solutions Manager will report directly into the Head of DSO France, and he/she will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the entire Straumann Group solutions portfolio and for offering advice, coaching to our DSO customers as well as supporting the development of this growing segment through the acquisition of new customers, by working synergistically with the Key Account Manager DSO, the Customer Success Manager DSO and the entire French Sales team. The role holder will focus on keeping and increasing the portfolio of the Straumann Group solutions as a long-term strategic partner to customers.By leveraging his/her clinical knowledge and expertise, our Clinical Solutions Manager will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and facilitating smooth collaboration within our DSOs partnerships.His/her support will contribute to providing excellent service to our customers and their patients, helping them to grow and retain their loyalty, with an impact on our market penetration and sales turnover.Job ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Collaborate with DSO customers to assess their clinical needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to optimize digital workflows and outcomes. Assist in the pre-sales process by participating in product demonstrations, addressing client inquiries, and showcasing the value of Straumann Group clinical solutions. Be able to master, advise and deliver training including coaching with excellence for optimal use of Straumann Group solutions. The main target audience is dental surgeons, orthodontists, medical and technical directors and their associated teams working in DSOs, including prosthetic laboratories. Propose and implement initiatives to enhance the clinical expertise of our customers. Regularly visit practices of these large organizations to evaluate opportunities and to ensure proper implementation of the centrally agreed plans. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform the development and enhancement of clinical solutions. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, conveying client requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of Straumann Group solutions.Be a team player Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase the use of Straumann Group solutions and contribute to the acquisition, development and retention of DSO customers.
