Who we are looking for:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Caracol success and international expansion by identifying, engaging, and securing top talent across multiple functions and geographies.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle from defining hiring needs with managers and building sourcing strategies, to selecting candidates and supporting offer and onboarding processes.
You will also contribute to strengthening our employer brand and enhancing the candidate experience, using data and feedback to fine-tune workflows and increase hiring efficiency.
