Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.Summary : What you''ll be doingDrive the execution for infrastructure standards & setup in medium / large size projects, demonstrate strong technical knowledge, handle complex problems, and own process knowledge & development skills & validation lifecycle knowledge.Create architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects, and systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information).Able to collaborate as part of a team of developers to adopt or adapt technological solutions.Provide value and support in accelerating development, especially in the MES domain & system integrations by identifying, evaluating, developing, and redesigning systems functionalities based on priorities.Collaborate by sharing extensive knowledge of application development best practices and processes, along with strong communication skills.Analyze complex infrastructure business cases & functional specifications with an aim to simplify problems/tasks/support within the global MES domain.Act as the primary contact (infrastructure leader) for MES systems in setting up & optimizing software and hardware resources. Identify, evaluate, raise, and control critical risks in IT infrastructure.Ensure system stability and reliability, lead changes or adjustments, obtain managerial approvals, and comply with procedures.Provide effective user support, responding promptly to requests in line with the company''s support model.Support out-of-weekday hours if needed based on project criticalities.Other duties might be assigned.What you''ll bringEducation and ExperienceBachelor''s degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant discipline4+ years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization, including proof of infrastructural lead, design, coding, and implementation of systems.Proven database skills on Oracle & SQL; DB2 is a plus.Coding skills on Dot NET; Visual C; HTML; Java/Json will be a plus.Hosting platforms: Cloud and On-premises; RDS (Remote Desktop Services): Citrix & Azure VDI.AWS (Amazon Web Services) skills on EC2, RDS, S3 management are a plus.
