I''m partnered with a fast-growing company in the AI-driven medical imaging sector is looking for a Customer Success Manager RoW to enhance user experience and drive long-term customer engagement. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to integrate AI solutions into their workflows, ensuring they maximize the value of the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customers across multiple regions.
- Lead onboarding and drive solution adoption.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to enhance user experience.
- Provide training and change management support.
- Conduct regular business reviews to align on success metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Travel frequently (4060%) for customer meetings, events, and deployments.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Clinical Radiology!
