Commercial Display (dvLED) Product Specialist (Pan-EU)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical support of projects, including customer need analysis, technical communication and solution design
- On a project delivery phase: on-site support during installation, troubleshooting in case of technical difficulties, communicate with China HQ support and RD teams
- Responsible for project solution testing, generating test reports and working closely with the product manager to manage product introduction and product promotion
- Responsible for technical training to empower regional colleagues and customers
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Support the pre-sales phase of the product, participate in product promotion
Requirements
- Candidates with a background in Science, Technology, Engineering
- Ability to convey complex technologies and specifications
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail oriented troubleshooting skills
- High flexible to work onsite or office
- An ability to work with diverse teams and team members (Product, Channel sales, etc.);
- Good English and Chinese skills with the ability to use English and Chinese as a working and presenting language
- Willing to travel frequently (approximately 50% of the time)
- Relocation to Netherlands
Our ideal candidate:
- experience in presales engineering, technical consultancy or solution design roles within dvLED industry
- hands-on experience with display technologies (e.g., calibration tools, video processors, CMS platforms) and their application in enterprise environments
- ability to translate client pain points into scalable technical solutions
- proficiency in managing multiple presales cycles concurrently, prioritizing tasks in fast-paced scenarios (e.g., retail rollouts, event-driven deadlines)
- knowledge of AV/IT integration, network protocols
- ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining precision in internal communications
