Your Mission
Ensure that all supplier components meet internal quality standards and automotive requirements.
Evaluate and audit suppliers, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and specific OEM standards.
Lead PPAP processes and validate documentation (Control Plan, FMEA, 8D, etc.).
Manage non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and follow up on supplier performance.
Participate in development projects to assess feasibility and industrialization at supplier level.
Work closely with internal departments (Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics) to align supplier expectations.
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
+3 years of experience in Quality, ideally in the automotive sector and working with suppliers.
Solid knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) and ISO/IATF standards.
Experience in supplier audits and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Strong communication skills and ability to manage both local and international suppliers.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
