Our Designia Program is a 9 months sales-orientedprogram through which you will learn abut our Business, bothcombining formal training sessions (hard and soft), and on-the-Jobtraining and Development initiatives. You will have the opportunityto interact with sales managers, in an International environment,rotating through different assignments. You will be guided byCountry Managers / Regional Directors and the program will besponsored by two sales executives. Other degrees Will be valued if thecandidate shows strong appetite and some experience selling highdesign products and/or upscale services. + Clear interest indeveloping a sales & business professional career. + Open formobility around EMEA and NA. Solid communication skills, curiosityto learn, team spirit, commitment and energy to lead projects. +Fluent in English. Proficiency in any other European language willbe valued. + Whilst no formal working experience is required, anyexperience in Sales & Customer Attendance will be valued. Whatis the purpose of the program? The Designia Program aims toidentify, coach and develop Arquitectures and Designers (otherscould be considered). When does the program start? The Program willgo live October, 2025 and will finish by June, 2026. How does thestructure of the program look like? The first two weeks will takeplace in our HQs in Almera in class training-. After that,participants will start the on-the-job training in their locations.You will participate in another online training actions along theprogram. During the program, you will work in a specific projectthat they will have to present and defend in front of SeniorLeadership. What happens at the end of the program? You will beoffered permanent job in a Sales in any of our Centers around EMEAand NA.
