Your Role: What you''ll be doing

As Head of Digital Marketing, you will be at the operational heartbeat of our marketing team. Your mission? Optimize processes, leverage data, and implement new technologies to enhance customer journeys and empower our marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Optimize Customer Journeys Identify key insights and refine touchpoints to improve critical moments of truth.
  2. Lead Generation & Nurturing Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels.
  3. Marketing Funnel Optimization Implement lead scoring frameworks for seamless handovers to sales.
  4. Process & Strategy Development Create high-standard marketing processes to support lead generation, content distribution, product launches, and market expansion.
  5. Team Leadership & Coaching Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering collaboration across regions.
  6. Marketing Tech & Analytics Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve marketing performance and decision-making.
