Your Role: What you''ll be doing
As Head of Digital Marketing, you will be at the operational heartbeat of our marketing team. Your mission? Optimize processes, leverage data, and implement new technologies to enhance customer journeys and empower our marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Optimize Customer Journeys Identify key insights and refine touchpoints to improve critical moments of truth.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing Develop and optimize lead acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Marketing Funnel Optimization Implement lead scoring frameworks for seamless handovers to sales.
- Process & Strategy Development Create high-standard marketing processes to support lead generation, content distribution, product launches, and market expansion.
- Team Leadership & Coaching Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering collaboration across regions.
- Marketing Tech & Analytics Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve marketing performance and decision-making.
Who are you?
- Experienced Marketer 5+ years in digital marketing , including campaign management, workflows, and reporting.
- Tech-Savvy Proficient with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software .
- Data-Driven & Strategic Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Proven Leader & Team Player Skilled in coaching teams and collaborating across departments .
- Passionate About e-commerce Genuine interest in e-commerce and premium markets (B2B experience is a plus).
- Creative & Fun Bring a great sense of humor and positive energy to the team!

What Success Looks Like
Within 60 days,
- Establish efficient marketing workflows and team structures.
- Roll out key process improvements while leading impactful projects.
- Deliver a KPI-driven impact review to management, showcasing progress in customer acquisition .
