JobdescriptionAs an Automation Engineer specializing in softwareand commissioning, you will be involved in the full lifecycle ofautomation systems, from development and optimization to deploymentand support. Youll work at the intersection of cutting-edgetechnology and customer needs, ensuring reliable performance ofhigh-end assembly lines.
MainResponsibilities
- Act as a keytechnical contact for clients, providing remote and on-sitesupport
- Troubleshoot and enhance existingautomation systems through softwareupgrades
- Participate in the commissioning andfine-tuning of new machinery
- Design andimplement automation solutions, adapting to project-specificchallenges
- Contribute to data-driven productionoptimization and Industry 4.0initiatives
TechnicalSkills
- Degree in Industrial IT,Automation Engineering, or a relatedfield
- Proficient in object-oriented programming(e.g. C++) and SQL Server
- OR Experienced inPLC programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley orsimilar)
- Good command of automationtechnologies (motion control, fieldbus systems, safety protocols,TCP/IP)
- Basic knowledge of electrical andelectrotechnical systems (a plus)
- Interest orexperience in data analysis and digital manufacturing (aplus)
- Fluent in French; good English skillsrequired (B2)
