Job Title: Security Engineer Microsoft Specialist Remote 600 - 800 EUR Per Day 12 Month Contract - Possible extension Must be based in Netherlands Were seeking an experienced and highly skilled Security Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies to join a global company within the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain security architecture in Microsoft environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, etc.) Monitor and manage security incidents using Microsoft Sentinel, and Defender, Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans across Microsoft systems and recommend remediation Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to embed security best practices in Microsoft-based infrastructure Provide guidance and support for security-related audits and incident response Required Skills Experience: 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Microsoft environments Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Azure Security Center, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Purview Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features, Active Directory, and Azure AD Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell preferred) Understanding of Zero Trust architecture and secure cloud principles If this would be of interest please get in touch with with your CV to speak further
