We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to createlong-term, trusting relationships with our customers for ourCoating and Textile Business Line with the main target to achieveand possibly exceed annual revenue target (Budget) for the assignedaccounts. Reporting to Sales Director the Sales Account Managersrole is to handle a portfolio of assigned customers, develop newbusiness from existing clients and actively seek new salesopportunities, according to the company strategy guidelines.Account management responsibilities include developing strongrelationships with customers, connecting with key businessexecutives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. SalesAccount Manager answers client queries and identify new businessopportunities among existing customers. In this role, you willliaise with cross-functional internal teams (including CustomerService and Product Development departments) to improve the entirecustomer experience. The position requires frequent travel.Responsibilities - Serve as the lead point of contact for allcustomer account management matters - Build and maintain strong,long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate contracts and closeagreements to maximize profits - Ensure the timely and successfuldelivery of our solutions according to customer needs andobjectives - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterlyinitiatives to internal and external stakeholders - Develop newbusiness with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvementto meet sales quotas - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g.quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) - Prepare reports onaccount status - Collaborate with sales team to identify and growopportunities within territory Requirements and skills - Provenwork experience as Technical Sales Account Manager, Account Manageror relevant role in the CASE and Textile CoatingMarket -Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence keystakeholders at all levels of an organization - Solid experiencewith MS Office and knowledge of CRM software - Experiencedelivering client-focused solutions to customer needs - Provenability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time,while maintaining sharp attention to detail - Excellent listening,negotiation and presentation abilities - Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills - Availability to Travel (Europe mainly). -Fluent in English (both written and oral) second language will bepreferential.
