This role requires a proactive professional with strong sales acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to drive market development. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the sales process for consumables and parts, collaborate closely with sales managers, and work to strengthen the presence of Varian Brachytherapy products in a competitive landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development and MarketingDevelop strategies to increase product and brand awareness in the APJ markets, including working with regulatory teams to expedite submissions and approvals, and building evidence generation plans to drive reimbursement and clinical adoption.Collaborate with local teams, medical affairs, and clinical teams to develop clinical adoption and KOL engagement plans.Build relationships and develop clinical and brand ambassadors within strategic accounts.Provide support for trade shows to showcase Brachytherapy solutions and engage with key stakeholders.Sales Process Management & Business GrowthOwn the full sales process for ongoing post-sale consumables to grow the business.Conduct product demonstrations and basic training for customers when application specialists are unavailable or when training has not been purchased.Collaborate with sales managers to align product offerings with customer needs and market demands, providing SME support throughout the sales process.Prepare tailored customer quotes that maximize clinical and operational value.Maintain open communication with sales managers, providing updates on deal progress and market insights.Manage and update the sales funnel and forecasts, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales opportunities.Post-Sale Support & Customer EngagementSupport downstream operations for tenders, training, and post-sales services.Ensure customers are well-equipped to maximize the use and benefits of Varian Brachytherapy products.Identify opportunities for business growth by fostering long-term customer relationships and staying updated on clinical developments in the field.Who we areWe are a team of more than 73,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in over 70 countries.
