The Lead Infrastructure Technician is responsible for overseeing a team of Infrastructure Technicians and ensuring efficient processes and quality results. Your main responsibilities: Team management: Lead, track and follow individual and team performance. Contribute staffing and integrating people inside your team. Develop their skills according to operational requirements (tech, lead tech) and expected performance. Follow all HR processes: annual review, salary review, skills management, training, disciplinary. Track security and safety rules application by your team. In strong collaboration with the DU steerco, deliver internal and site communication to your team, leverage action plans and lean management, and contribute to deploying DU policy, DCM and steerco decisions. Guarantee social mood at the right level for your team. Manage and organize Upgrade and RUN activities: Assist your DC tech lead Upgrade scheduling and forecasting all operations, managing the team workload according to present and future server flows and incidents. Follow and track your activities through KPI and dashboards. Report them to the steerco. Guarantee team access to all technical knowledge required for their day-to-day job and tasks. Help them share their best practices within the team and with DCOPS/other DC. Monitor processes follow-up by the teams: incidents management, change management, handover, post mortems, etc. Guarantee their implication and training to fit expected quality of service and productivity. Manage alerts, escalations, volume of incidents, SLA and post mortems. Implement strong collaboration with all DC Teams (infra, network, office, building, safety,) and with transversal team DCOPS and other DC''s. Locally support ongoing IT related projects. Support the IT stock activities for the site in collaboration with the Stock Keeper, to ensure the required levels of spare parts. Monitor DC architecture and maintenance of the domain: Apply best practices for installation and maintenance. Guarantee application of existing procedures or help improve them. Audit technical procedures and control operations. Audit DC infrastructures and support 1st level of diagnostics. Your future impact: In 6 months: Master the internal organization of the IT Run and upgrade team. Demonstrate a sufficient level of autonomy to be able to take charge of priority growth and IT issues for existing equipment. And in 1 year: You have good knowledge of our DC IT systems / architecture. Ensure high quality of service (SLA, MTTR, etc.). Skills required: You may have followed a high school diploma + 3/5y, with industrial or IT specialty. You may benefit from 2 to 5y of experiences in technical, methods, planning or production teams. Being a manager for at least 2y is definitively required for this position. You should share with us a strong affinity to technics, computer hardware, datacenters, and basic operating systems knowledge.
