Reporting to the Head of Operations Italy, you will lead a team of 4 Area Managers, aiming to achieve excellence in our Service Level and provide the best experience for our Shoppers. Your responsibilities include developing processes, tools, and analyses to align daily operations with broader corporate strategies. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and team leader, capable of working cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Live Operations teams. Our diverse international team (20 nationalities) is headquartered in Milan and Verona, Italy. What You Will Do Lead and coordinate the team to ensure frictionless order execution. Set targets for regional Squads and review performance regularly. Manage supply to optimize efficiency across Italy, encouraging creative solutions for shopper acquisition. Define processes and tools to maintain quality in areas managed by the Team. Analyze data on Shopper Saturation, Incomings, and Supply Dynamics. Manage relationships with Shopper Lead Generation providers and explore new onboarding solutions. Use data and judgment to support decision-making for the Head of Operations Italy. Quantify costs and build reports to assess action effectiveness. Implement special projects as the Operations point of contact. Manage external provider relationships and support union negotiations.
