Charter: Successful candidate will utilize their proventrack record in international logistics to identify, qualify andsell into new accounts whilst establishing and maintainingprofitable business relationships with existing customers throughboth cross and up-selling activities. The target audience will bein the LSH verticals. Geographical coverage will be the UK andIreland. Responsibilities: - Take sales ownership, as an individualcontributor, for regional or multi-regional companies not currentlyconducting business with PSA/BDP International in the assignedregion. - Establish long-term business relationships withprospects. - Have a Hunter mentality and develop strategicsolutions unique to each company to reduce overall logistics costswhilst improving sales to current and new customers. - Enhancecustomer relationships (new and existing) throughout their contractto encourage contract renewal and/or extension, or issuance of anew RFP. - Work closely with each region; use available resourcesfrom the group to transfer and share all knowledge about potentialclients. Job Requirements: - Minimum of five years of strategicsales in LSH logistics - Self starter - Track record of creatingand enabling revenue streams. - Strong relationships with Tier 1and mid-size LSH suppliers - Solid knowledge of international anddomestic logistics. - Experienced in bundling end-to-end servicesincluding digital to create solutions to address specific needs -Excellent presentation skills, as well as strong in verbal andwritten communication. - Ability to effectively network andinfluence prospects from senior to executive level. - Strongnegotiation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and people managementskills, as well as ability to work well with various cultures. -High degree of integrity. - Proficient in Microsoft Power Point,Word , Excel . - University degree preferred.
