Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance SAP HR Business Analyst to support ongoing HR systems initiatives, with a focus on SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors. The role requires 1 day per week on-site in Brussels, with the rest of the work conducted remotely. Ideal for a consultant with strong HR functional knowledge and the ability to bridge business and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document HR business requirements
- Analyze current HR processes and suggest SAP-based improvements
- Liaise between HR teams and SAP technical consultants
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation
- Conduct workshops and provide user training as needed
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes (PA, OM, PY, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Available to work on-site in Brussels 1 day per week
- Freelance availability and immediate start preferred
- Fluent in English; French or Dutch is a plus
