Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional with a strong background in clinical trial logistics and distribution. The Business Development Director will lead efforts to expand the client base and promote central lab service offerings in a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across the clinical research sector
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in sponsor and CRO organizations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment of services with client needs
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
- Provide market insights to inform strategic planning and service development
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Business development or strategic partnerships experience within clinical trials or life sciences
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial logistics and distribution practices
- Understanding of central lab services is highly advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
