Context
BEA S.A. develops, manufactures, and supplies sensors for automatic pedestrian doors (sliding, swing, and revolving), as well as for industrial rapid or sectional doors, barriers, and gates.
The Business Development department at BEA operates behind the scenes, yet our role is to influence end users airports, hospitals, retail, industries, and moreto reference our sensing solutions in their specifications across Europe. By demonstrating the added value of our technologies, we ensure BEA products become the standard in their projects, enhancing safety, efficiency, and user experience.
Our mission is to accelerate decision-making and strengthen BEAs positioning by establishing a strong influence at all levels of key end-users, including airports, hospitals, retail, and architects. Through strategic specification, market analysis, and close collaboration with the sales team, we create a pull effect that reinforces BEAs leadership in detection solutions. By shaping the requirements of major end-users, we ensure that BEA solutions become the preferred and specified choice in their projects.
Position Summary
We are hiring a motivated Business Developer BeNeLux to support our Business Development Manager and her team in driving leads, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring seamless coordination across Europe. This role is entirely internal, providing essential support to Business Developers who operate in the field. The coordinator will assist in managing their travel logistics, tracking and following up on meetings, maintaining the CRM, and ensuring effective client follow-ups.
Additionally, this role will involve conducting market research to identify new end users across Europe, initiating contacts to secure meetings, and analyzing market trends. The coordinator will also serve as a bridge with the marketing team to ensure the business development department has the necessary support materials and communication tools. This position is a hybrid between an internal sales support role and a department coordinator, contributing to both operational efficiency and strategic growth.
