Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for key positions in technology, product, and business, ensuring an agile process and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design innovative talent attraction strategies, including referral programs, scouting in tech communities, and partnerships with universities.
- Act as a strategic partner to team leaders, advising them on talent acquisition and development strategies.
- Implement employer branding projects and strengthen the companys positioning in the fintech job market.
- Analyze talent market trends and propose initiatives to improve competitiveness in hiring and retention.
- Develop and implement onboarding and engagement strategies to optimize talent integration and retention.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.
- Explore technologies and automation tools to enhance talent acquisition processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or tech companies.
- Experience in sourcing technology, data, and product roles, with a strong ability to identify top talent.
- Strong data analytics skills applied to talent management and the ability to generate strategic reports.
- Business mindset and ability to work with global teams.
- Advanced English (C1).
