As an Operations Assistant, youll play a key role in organizing daily operations in the repair workshop, while following a clear path toward becoming an Operations Manager . Journey Youll work closely with the Operations Manager to support day-to-day production and logistics. From tracking progress to coordinating with multiple departments, your role is central to maintaining a smooth, compliant, and efficient workflow. Over time, youll take on more responsibilitybuilding the skills and knowledge needed for a future management position. Your tasks include: Coordinating and monitoring daily repair shop activities Supporting planning, prioritization, and resource allocation Tracking job progress and reporting turnaround times Collaborating with logistics, engineering, and quality departments Managing job documentation, work orders, and production records Contributing to workflow improvements and shorter lead times Taking on increasing responsibility in production oversight Whats in it for you? Youre someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership of your work, and has a genuine interest in aviation and operations. Experience is welcome, but your mindset and potential are what truly count. You bring: Experience in operations, production support, or a technical role Affinity with aviation or regulated environments Strong organizational and communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MRO/ERP systems are a plus) A preference for clear processes and accurate documentation Fluent English, both written and spoken The ambition to grow into a leadership position
