Job responsibilities
1. Manage and cultivate relationships with customers in the lawn mower category, including retailers, chain stores, e-commerce platforms and distributors;
2. Formulate and implement sales strategies to promote quarterly and annual sales goals for lawn mower product promotional catalogs;
3. Through market research and exploration, identify and seek new business opportunities in the lawn mower category and promotional catalog market segments;
4. Work closely with the marketing team to develop customized promotional catalogs and marketing materials to effectively showcase lawn mower products and drive sales;
5. Provide excellent customer service to existing customers, ensure that their needs are met and resolve any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner.
6. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies and maintain market competitiveness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than two years of work experience in the corresponding market in the past, work experience in the field of horticulture is preferred;
2. Have customer resources in related fields; understand the corresponding market, including consumer preferences, trends and competitors;
3. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and as part of a team, take a proactive and result-oriented approach;
4. English can be used as a working language.
