We are looking for a Director for our Globales Post Hotel & Wellness located in Lige, Belgium. We seek leaders with a business vision who can adapt to change and have a strong focus on people management.
The main responsibilities of the position will include:
- Coordinating and supervising the operations of all hotel departments to ensure optimal functioning.
- Leading the hotel staff teams, overseeing personnel policies and compliance with current regulations.
- Ensuring the achievement of established objectives, both in terms of results and compliance with the hotel''s quality standards.
- Managing the hotel budget, controlling expenses, analyzing variances, and implementing necessary corrective measures.
- Analyzing market trends in the hotel industry and identifying customer needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by emphasizing the quality of the service provided and conveying the company''s cultural values.
- Managing the hotel''s quality system: monitoring compliance with hotel quality standards and other corporate policies of the chain.
For this position, the following qualifications and experience are required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably managing urban hotels.
- High proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is highly valued.
- Education in Hotel Management or a degree in Tourism.
