We arelooking for a student to join our Retail Excellence & SalesTraining team as intern (curricular), within the Worldwide SalesTraining Department based in Rome. The Intern will support the teamin the following main activities: - Support in the data analysisand periodical (bi-monthly) e-learning completion report shared ata WW Level + spot analysis with focus on punctual training programs- Support in the creation of custom report on Learning Platformsand spot analysis to boost specific countries performances -Monitor and keep clean Learning Platform users database, being thepoint of contact with Local Trainers, HR and IT teams - Supportlocal training team to update the training dashboard, as wellreport and insights on a quarterly basis (set placeholders, followup, data check) - Support the organization of all the digital livetraining sessions cross-categories (sending invitation, sharing andsupporting in the prework activities, tracking and monitoring theparticipants, upload of all materials in our share folder, managingzoom breakout-rooms, zoom chat) - Support in the creation ofdigital content and formats using authoring tools like ArticulateRise and Canva and assist the team with content upload andusability tests - Ongoing update of the team calendar with TrainThe Trainer session, Trainers e-academy, selling sessions ensuringthere is no overlapping among events and, when possible, accomplishmarkets specific requests. - Support training team in createpresentations, guidelines, feedback questionnaires, survey to besent to local training community and consolidate replies (toquestionnaires/surveys) Qualifications / Professional Capabilities:- Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program,eligible for a curricular internship - Excellent knowledge of MSOffice suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel) a plus familiaritywith ZOOM / Teams platformsUse of tools like Canva, Articulate Riseand GEN AI - Fluency in Italian and English Competencies: - Dataanalysis - Planning and Organization - Adaptability - Distinctiverelational and communication skills Strong customer focus -Curiosity & Proactivity, able to think out of the box Drivefor results
