The Internship Project - Supporting Project Eagle & Tracegains Implementation
Project Eagle is a strategic initiative focused on updating the visual identity of Lamb Westons out-of-home branded product range. As an Intern in Customer Quality, you will contribute directly to this project by supporting the implementation of our new electronic specification management system: Tracegains .
What Will You Do?
During your internship, you will:
- Complete finished product specifications within the Tracegains system
- Collect, verify, and organize supporting documentation such as nutritional analysis, cooking validations, and product claims
- Ensure all data complies with internal quality and document management system (DMS) requirements
- Help establish a well-structured, digital quality library the "one source of truth"
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the business

What Are We Looking For?
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Technology, Food Quality, Life Sciences, or a related field
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and a good communicator
You are available for 20 weeks, preferably starting in september 2025
