We''re seeking a skilled Observability Engineer to drive the setup, enhancement, and management of observability frameworks across our systems and applications. This role plays a key part in helping us understand the behavior of complex environments by transforming system outputs into actionable insights.

What You''ll Do:
- Deploy and Manage Monitoring Solutions
- Set up and maintain observability tools for gathering logs, metrics, and traces across infrastructure and applications.
- Analyze Telemetry Data
- Dive into system-generated data to uncover trends, detect irregularities, and anticipate potential disruptions.
- Build Automations
- Create and maintain scripts and workflows that streamline monitoring processes and incident response actions.
- Enhance Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with development, operations, and security teams to embed observability into the software delivery lifecycle.
- Develop Real-Time Alerting Mechanisms
- Design and configure notification systems to promptly inform teams of performance degradations or failures.
- Evolve Observability Practices
- Continuously review and improve observability strategies to stay aligned with evolving technologies and business requirements.
What You Bring:
- Hands-On Experience with Monitoring Tools
- Proficiency with platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch (ELK Stack), Logstash, Kibana, Jaeger, and similar tools.
- Scripting and Development Skills
- Ability to write automation scripts using Python, Bash, or equivalent languages.
- Strong Analytical Mindset
- Capable of working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive decision-making.

- Comfortable translating technical findings into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
