As one of the biggest players in paperboard manufacturing, we are currently looking for suitable candidates to join our Milan team in the Back Office department for the position of:Customer Service SpecialistThis role will be part of the Italian Team and will be responsible for managing the B2B customer portfolio within the Order to Cash process. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact between customers and internal services such as Production, Logistics, Accounting, and Quality.Responsibilities:Communicating (via phone and email) with customers regarding inquiries about deadlines, prices, deliveries, order status, certificates, technical information, claims, and payment delays.Proactively following up on old stock and tracking inventory.Accurately and efficiently booking production proposals and orders based on customer inquiries, working across multiple ERP systems (Ciclocom, VAX, SAP, AS400), and following up on customer orders.Coordinating deliveries and resolving delivery issues with the logistics teams of the respective mills.Managing and maintaining Master Data.Analyzing customer ordering patterns to ensure balanced order intake, in line with the Integrated Business Planning process, and escalating deviations to the IBP and Sales Teams.Requirements:Excellent spoken and written knowledge of English and Italian; knowledge of Spanish, German, French, or Dutch is a plus.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AS400, VAX, Ciclocom, etc.Ability to prioritize effectively, work under pressure, and make responsible decisions.Independence and a high standard of work ethic.Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
