Werelooking for a Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our teamand take ownership of key client relationships! Why this rolematters: In this pivotal position, youll report to the regionalCustomer Success Director and manage a portfolio of key customeraccounts. Your mission will be to drive business value for ourcustomers through adoption, satisfaction, and expansion ofShippeos offerings. What you''ll do: - Own Key Relationships:Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts, becoming theirtrusted advisor from operational teams to C-suite executives. -Problem-Solver: Regularly monitor the status of operational tasks,such as carrier onboarding or support tickets. Follow up on delays,identify roadblocks, and ensure issues are resolved promptly tokeep processes running smoothly. - Lead Business Reviews: Steerstrategic discussions around goals, progress, risks, and newopportunities. - Drive Value & Growth: Ensure high productadoption and showcase tangible ROI, while collaborating with theSales team on expansion opportunities. - Voice of the Customer: Actas an internal advocate for your clients, influencing Product,Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet their needs. -Strategize for Success: Organize workshops and provide input onproduct roadmap prioritization based on client feedback. - ContractLifecycle Management: Oversee contract renewals and keynegotiations, ensuring continuous value delivery and satisfaction.- Showcase Success: Collaborate with Marketing to highlight successstories and customer achievements. Who we''re looking for: - 4+years of experience in managing customers in a consulting firm. - Aproven track record in handling executive-level stakeholders andsuccessfully driving complex, high-pressure projects. - Fluent inFrench and English; additional proficiency in German, Dutch orItalian a plus. - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take careof operational tasks, being both a doer and a problem solver. -Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain industry is an advantage. -This is a hybrid role requiring regular visits to our Paris office,ideally twice a week.
