VIDA are partnering with a high-profile surgical robotics MedTech start up. As such, they are looking to hire a Head of Operations or Director of Operations to take a leadership role for the France based operational activities. Working with the global operational leadership and reporting into the US into VP level, this role will lead the buying, planning, manufacturing and supply chain team in France. Have strong medical device or medical equipment operational / manufacturing experience, and be able to evidence having effectively and efficiently managed materials through a process from buying to logistics out. ~ Be comfortable leading multi-functional teams and taking swift and decisive, but well thought out decisions in the absence of senior leadership.
