Tasks
As a Field Services Engineer Lead, you will:
- Priority Management: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer requests, ensuring timely resolution and high service quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Diagnose and resolve complex product-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Documentation and Methodology: Maintain detailed documentation, guidelines, and SOPs for troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Periodic maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure product longevity and performance.
- Customer training and support: Provide on-site training on product use and maintenance, and share best practices.
- Relationship building: Develop strong, professional relationships with customers through excellent communication.
- Collaboration with R&D: Share customer feedback and field insights to support product development.
- Manufacture equipment: Assemble products following technical drawings, utilizing mechanical, electrical, and electronic skills.
Requirements
- Technician diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in field service or similar roles.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel 50-100%; valid driver''s license required.
- Positive attitude and adaptability.
