The successful candidate will join the new Loyalty CRM development team, building tomorrow''s Customer Loyalty CRM from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is passionate about software development and technology, someone who wants to learn and stretch beyond self-limits every day, someone who is willing to work on innovative projects that solve real customer problems. Key Responsibilities: Discuss, debate, plan, develop, test, build and maintain scalable, resilient and high-performance applications. Work with Product Management and your agile team to flesh out requirements, really understand not only the what the also the why. Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications that are loosely coupled, independent, and scalable. Collaborate with your team and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coach junior developers, perform code and design reviews, and foster innovation within the team. Build the best loyalty CRM in the world. Drive discussion with stakeholders. Skills and Competencies: Expertise in front-end technologies: React, TypeScript, CSS, state management libraries like Redux or Recoil. Knowledge and experience in modern front-end architecture. Understanding RESTful APIs and integration frontend applications with backend services. A solid understanding of common test automation frameworks. Familiarity with event-driven and event-sourcing design patterns. Understanding of the importance of DORA metrics in native cloud operations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 8+ years Frontend development, building production grade software. 3+ years cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Self-motivated, curious, open-minded, resourceful, agile and pragmatic. Expert ability to discuss and find ways to reach an agreement and mutual satisfaction for all parties involved. #J-18808-Ljbffr
