Tasks
- Lead the production and editing of videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Capture high-quality images for various projects and events.
- Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
- Storyboard and create 3D animations using programs such as Blender.
- Create visually appealing graphics and layouts using Adobe InDesign.
- Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and magazines.
- Oversee multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coach and mentor junior multimedia designers, providing feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to develop multimedia content.
- Contribute to the development of multimedia content strategies that align with company goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies into projects.
Profile
- Training and further education in multimedia, graphic design, photography, 3D animations, film production, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, photography, graphic design, and print media.
- Expert knowledge in videography, video post-production/editing, photography, photo post-production/editing, graphic design, and print media design & production, including the necessary tools, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite.
- Leadership skills and experience in coaching and mentoring team members.
- Strong creative qualities and ability to bring ideas to life.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Industry experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
