We will offer you the opportunity to work for Global Pharma Leaders with an internal international team of exceptional people and full exposure to a variety of engagement-based responsibilities.Role and ResponsibilitiesGuide team members to identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to clients success by conducting interviews, gathering data, executing analyses, testing data quality, reconciling sources, presenting facts, and supporting client meetings.Interpret project results and translate findings into clear, pragmatic recommendations and solutions.Plan, manage, and structure work streams, support project execution, collaborate with team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables.Required ProfileMinimum of 6 years of experience in life sciences, healthcare management consulting, or related industries.Advanced degree or MBA from a top-tier university.Ability to creatively solve complex business problems with minimal oversight.Proven leadership, project management, and presentation skills.Effective prioritization and time management skills.Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.Motivation for Management Consulting and the Life Sciences Industry.Interest in working in a challenging, dynamic international environment with career growth opportunities.Full availability to travel.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Full on-site presence required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
