As the CI Director, you will operate as a key change agent focused on building world-class CI capability, supporting the identification of productivity and Kaizen opportunities to ensure flawless execution whilst providing additional coaching/support.You will be responsible for ensuring each of our sites within North and South EU regions have productivity plans (Kaizen Schedules) that contain sufficient operational improvement projects to attain/exceed YoY site-level productivity targets.
