Accounting, Compliance and Reporting (ACR)professionals are focused on helping large multinational companies,as well as family-owned businesses and startups, to meet theirfinancial reporting requirements in the many countries where theydo business. Our clients are active in a variety of industries(included but not limited to automotive, government and publicsector, consumer products, media and entertainment, oil and gas,power and utilities and technology). Your function is no longer themanual processing of accounting documents. As an ACR consultant atEY you will instead gradually become a trusted business advisor forour clients. This means you will provide innovative solutionstailored to the clients needs and help them to create acompetitive advantage. You will be responsible for different tasks:Accounting & Compliance: you will assist clients in theirfinancial digital processes (e.g. preparation and interpretation ofyear-end-closings, audit assistance, financial statements, tax andVAT returns, ...); Reporting: depending on your interests andexperience, you can work on management reports, budgeting,analytical bookkeeping, financial health & competitors analyzesand other financial projects; Temporary assignments: depending onthe clients needs, you will assist in general accounting, creditcontrol, internal optimization projects, etc; Start-up and scale-upassistance: you will be an active member of the EYnovationecosystem, with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach. We recruitand develop accountants with intellectual curiosity, stronganalytical and entrepreneurial skills, and attention to detail thatallow us to look beyond the numbers and help our clients to handlecomplex problems. More concretely, we are looking for the followingprofiles: You have a bachelors or masters degree in a financialor economic orientation; You will graduate this year or have up toone year experience; You are fluent in Dutch and/or French, andhave a good written and spoken knowledge of English; You are a bornteam player, critical, innovative and curious; You are client- andresults-oriented; You are willing to follow internal and externaltrainings, and becoming a chartered accountant (IAB/IEC) is anoption; You are tech-savvy. Experience with Exact Online and/or ERPis a bonus; You are available to start in September 2025.
