Job duties and responsibilities:
- Our Sales Manager works to identify, contact, and close relationships with prospective merchants. Their primary area of focus is in the iGaming , gambling, forex and crypto verticals . They are expected to have an existing network that can bring business into payretailers.
- Business Development Expertise: Experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and meeting sales targets.
- Drive commercial deals from concept to key terms to contract signature and integration.
- Own the full sales cycle
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech Support, Compliance, Marketing) to identify and implement growth opportunities.
- Market Insight: Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in Payments, coming from an operator in any of these verticals Gambling, iGaming, or Forex industry is a MUST.
- Experience as sales executive in Enterprise solutions, involving cross-border stakeholderes, legal and compliance considerations, through long sales cycles is a MUST.
- Experience working with robust data in a Data-driven environment will be highly considered.
- Experience presenting value proposition through forecasting will he highly considered.
- Sales experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing top tier accounts.
- Self-motivation and drive.
- Sales acumen (understanding deal processes, negotiation, calculating realistic deal sizes).
- Fluent/advanced in English (written and spoken).
- Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
Will be considered a plus:
- Fluent/Advanced in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
