Capco Poland is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation across the financial services industry. Build robust, scalable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and TypeScript.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and product owners, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize real-time, event-driven front-end systems to meet low-latency requirements.
Guide junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Required Technical Skills
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in front-end development.
Proficiency in JavaScript (essential) and TypeScript.
Experience with React, npm/yarn, webpack, and CSS for building single-page applications (SPA).
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and integration protocols such as REST and WebSocket.
Knowledge of Java, RxJS, and cloud-based technologies like AWS.
Experience working on latency-sensitive and modular front-end systems in capital markets.
Proactive, self-starter mindset with a commitment to delivering quality work.
You will be working on engaging projects with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.
