You will be a part of a young existing team in Warsaw, India and Denmark (~18 team members in total). The team is responsible for improving ServiceNow which is a strategic platform in the KMD and NEC group. You will work with challenging cases which will expand your knowledge and give You a lot of satisfaction when You will solve them .

We are working using agile methodology and you will have an opportunity to help improve that process in our team.

We are a GOODmatch if you:

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in the testing field, with exposure to ServiceNow environments
• Understand various testing methodologies and can adapt these techniques as per the project requirements
• Have a foundational knowledge of QA methodologies, the software development lifecycle, and Agile practices
• Are keen to learn, open-minded, and enthusiastic about acquiring new skills
• Value teamwork and are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues
• Are fluent in both English and Polish

We will be a PERFECT match if you, additionally:

• Experience in the testing field, with exposure to ServiceNow environments
• Experience with ITIL and ITSM Systems
• Are familiar with ServiceNow''s Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Are familiar with integration/REST API
• Skills in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript and Python
