We are looking for a Field Clinical Specialist in the BD Advanced Patient Monitoring Business Unit to educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and hospital staff on technical and clinical matters related to products and procedures. This includes conducting and coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs. Main focus areas include Anesthesia, Intensive Care Unit, and Cardiology.The position is based in Central Italy, preferably in the Rome area.How youll make an impact:Responsible for training centers, physicians, staff, and EW personnel as outlined within EW SOPs.Provide clinical education materials and insights on devices, procedures, and protocols to hospital staff.Travel availability of 70%, including time inside operating theatres and hotel transfers.Interact with KOLs and proctors.Educate on device operation, Hemodynamic monitoring, troubleshooting, and setup.Contribute to improving training curriculum, materials, and tools based on clinical experience and guidelines.Support business growth strategies within focused accounts in partnership with Sales.Provide software and hardware updates in the field as applicable.Learn product details, physiology, anatomy, and applications relevant to the market and Edwards Lifesciences organization.Perform other incidental duties as needed.What youll need:At least 2 years of related medical device and/or clinical experience (preferred).Bachelor''s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Biotechnology (preferred).Field training experience in clinical/technical environments (preferred).What else we look for:Proficiency in MS Office Suite and operation of general office machinery.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Moderate knowledge of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology, and physiology.Understanding of medical device regulatory requirements, device accountability, and adverse event reporting.Discretion in handling confidential information.Attention to detail and professionalism in interactions.Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Teamwork skills and ability to build productive relationships.Adherence to company rules, safety protocols, and environmental standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
