Many of our Traveler Care leadership started in this role, and you can find us in nearly every department at Amex GBT.What Youll DoAdvise and arrange travel for corporate clients (individuals and groups).Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services.Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, including air, road, rail, and accommodations, handling various levels of complexity.Use Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) such as Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Training may be provided.Ensure compliance with travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements.Use positive telephone service techniques and handle special customer requests.Collaborate with your team to coach, mentor, and provide feedback to improve service levels.What Were Looking ForPassion for excellence in client service, including proactive needs anticipation.Native GDS expertise (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus, and/or Galileo).Professional communication skills (written and verbal).Attention to detail and integrity in handling personal traveler information.Strong understanding of the travel industry (business or leisure travel, airline reservations).Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently.Teamwork and openness to feedback.Additional DetailsOur Traveler Care team operates 24/7.
