ELI - Diagnostic Support Engineering SpecialistLeonardoSpecialista Senior / Project ManagerJob Description:Main activities:Engineering support ensuring a timely response to Customers for the in-service fleet in order to contribute, in coordination with the other stakeholder functions, to the achievement of the reliability and the availability targets.Perform HUMS data analysis on customer requests: transmission/rotor health monitoring and avionic failure evaluation.Manage and analyze HUMS data for the entire HUMS-equipped fleet.Ensure the timely resolution of technical issues through analysis and production of applicable documentation, interfacing with LH Departments and Vendors as needed.Create maintenance procedures and support validation in cooperation with the relevant Product Support Engineering functions (technical bulletins, maintenance manuals, etc.).Keep HUMS-related maintenance activities traced and recorded (occurrence/malfunction reporting).Prepare for and attend customer visits and events related to products and services (e.g., technical updates, on-site assistance, webinars).Conduct reliability and maintainability analysis of the helicopter and its components to trigger product recovery/improvement actions.Perform technical investigations related to in-service events.Skills:Bachelor''s degree or diploma in Aerospace/Aeronautic Engineering or STEM disciplines.Problem-solving oriented.Basic knowledge of time signal, frequencies, and spectra analysis.Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.Initiative, motivation, and ability to manage priorities.Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.Proactive attitude to complete tasks timely.Comfortable in a dynamic, expanding customer environment.Good presentation and professional communication skills.Strong interest in aeronautics, specifically helicopters.Willingness to travel if required.Additional Information:Seniority: SeniorLocation: IT - Sesto CalendeContract Type: PermanentWorking Mode: Hybrid#J-18808-Ljbffr
