Job Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted marketing strategies and plans based on market demands and regional characteristics.
- Analyze and adjust brand and marketing activities according to local market demands and changes, coordinate resources between headquarters and local markets, and promote the expansion and project implementation of overseas business.
- Guide the operation and maintenance of social media in key overseas markets to establish a positive brand image.
- Conduct market research on industry - related brand marketing content in overseas markets and produce relevant analysis reports and action plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree or above, with fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in market promotion and operations.
- Ability to independently plan and successfully implement marketing strategies, with strong market perception, keen observation skills, and good execution ability.
- High level of work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, strong stress - resistance and execution ability.
- Strong creative ability and project management skills; candidates with experience in European brand operations and marketing or related retail marketing experience are preferred.
