We are looking for a Global E-billing Co-ordinator to join our highly-regarded team at Baker & McKenzie Global Services, Belfast.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all E-Billing aspects of assigned clients. To provide e-billing support to and collaborate with finance personnel and attorneys to ensure compliance of outside counsel guidelines for E-Billing clients. You will complete monthly timekeeper maintenance for assigned clients, attend to special requests and projects as directed by the E-Billing Manager. Also attend to reconciling firm and client data, collaborate with team members to provide recommendations for process improvement and proactively develop and maintain positive working relations with attorneys, client personnel and firm colleagues.We are looking for someone to join the team who has a very strong work ethic and a genuine interest in working for a law firm.Required Skills**Essential Criteria**:Relevant undergraduate degree with 2.1 classification or above.Advanced technological proficiencies, inclusive of Microsoft Windows, Excel and WordAdvanced knowledge of electronic billing applications and formatAbility and willingness to meet deadlines, including those of a last-minute nature; willingness to work overtime when neededPrevious e-billing experience preferred**Technical and Personal Skills**:Well developed and sophisticated organization, communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain relations at various levels within and outside an organisationAdvanced technological proficiencies, inclusive of Microsoft Windows, Excel and WordExceptional command of the English languageClose attention to detailAbility to work effectively both independently and within a team environmentProactive, innovative and results-oriented work orientationHighly disciplined approach to developing and executing job responsibilitiesCommitment to perform responsibilities within high professional and ethical standards.Required Experience
