As our new SalesRepresentative focused on Value Added Reseller (VAR) SoftwareSales, you will play a critical role in expanding IRIS'' reach bybuilding and nurturing strategic VAR partnerships. Your keyresponsibilities will include: - Hunting & Developing VARPartners: Identify, recruit, and grow new partnerships with ValueAdded Resellers. Build strong, long-term relationships with keyclients, transforming them into high-growth opportunities. - SalesStrategy & Execution: Design, plan, and execute strategic salesprograms aimed at driving software adoption among partners. Meetand exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by aligning yourapproach with market opportunities. - Technology Expert &Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners and clients,providing technical guidance on our solutions. Introduce newtechnologies and help customers maximize their usage of IRISsoftware products. - Client Support & Engagement: Work closelywith partners on sales and marketing strategies, providing supportfor product demonstrations, offer preparation, and solutionimplementation. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborateseamlessly with marketing and R&D teams to ensure alignment ofpartner and customer needs with product development andgo-to-market strategies. - Market Analysis & Targeting: Monitormarket trends and competitor activities to refine your approach andoptimize partner performance, ensuring continuous growth andimprovement. - Leadership & Industry Engagement: Lead salesmeetings, communicate progress with senior management, and activelyparticipate in industry events to promote the IRIS brand and fosterpartnerships. Your qualifications and skills? - Proven SalesExperience: 3+ years in software sales, particularly in B2B or withVARs. - Experience in cloud services, data management, or relatedfields is a strong advantage. - Passionate About Technology: Agenuine enthusiasm for high-tech solutions, cloud computing, andautomation.
