EBRO SUV is looking for a proactive and organized Sponsoring Specialist to join the Marketing department in Barcelona. Reporting directly to the Branding Manager, this role is key in the implementation and management of all sponsorship and partnership activities that help build brand visibility and affinity across Spain.
You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution and follow-up of sponsorship activations, events, and collaborations, working closely with internal teams, partners and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and execution of the Sponsoring Strategy aligned with the global brand vision.
- Identify, negotiate and manage sponsorship opportunities with relevant partners (sports, lifestyle, cultural, corporate).
- Coordinate and supervise activation plans for each sponsorship, ensuring quality, timing and budget control.
- Serve as point of contact for external partners and internal stakeholders involved in sponsoring activities.
- Collaborate with Communication and Digital teams to ensure maximum visibility and alignment across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance of sponsoring actions, providing regular reports and improvement proposals.
- Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all sponsorship touchpoints.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- University Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or similar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships or event marketing (automotive industry is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage external relationships.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Passionate about brands, storytelling and building meaningful partnerships.
