The Gocce Group is a dynamic and continuously expanding company in the luxury hospitality sector, with a portfolio of exclusive villas, boutique hotels, beach clubs, and high-end restaurants. We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to strengthen our online and offline presence and expand our brand awareness internationally.
Your Role
The candidate will be exclusively dedicated to working for the group, with maximum focus on marketing and communication activities.
As a Marketing & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the digital and offline marketing strategy, as well as social media communication for all the group''s activities. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement innovative campaigns, manage creative content, and improve engagement with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital and offline marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer conversion.
- Develop editorial plans and manage the group''s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor the performance of advertising and social media campaigns, analyzing data and metrics to optimize results.
- Coordinate photo shoots, videos, and collaborations with influencers and content creators.
- Create and manage newsletters, blogs, and SEO content for the groups website.
- Work on email marketing strategies to retain clients and attract new customers.
- Maintain brand identity and ensure that all content aligns with the group''s style and values.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop sales and promotional strategies.
- Manage offline marketing activities, including promotional events, partnerships with local partners, and traditional advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury sector.
- Advanced knowledge of social media marketing, digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads), SEO, and email marketing.
- Experience in visual content creation and copywriting.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Project management skills, creativity, and an innovative mindset.
- Excellent command of Italian and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Experience in managing offline marketing campaigns, including event planning and traditional advertising.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
