Job Title: Site Security Specialist
Location: Remote, flexible within Europe
As a Site Security Specialist, you will:
- Ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and others.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
Requirements include:
- Excellent project management and execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfort engaging at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.
This is initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility to extend or transition to a permanent role.
